Ingredients:
- 2 cups of uncooked oats
- 2 cups of puffed brown rice (I like a puffed rice that is only rice – no oils, sugars, etc)
- 1/2 cup dried goji berries
- 1/2 cup dried apples (diced)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large glass pan (9×13 pyrex dish is what we use) and mix thoroughly with hands. Preheat oven to 125 degrees and bake for 60 minutes. Mix around every 15 minutes. Feel free to bake longer for more crispy granola, just be careful not to cook too long.
