The first step for all clients, regardless of goals, is to schedule a BIA and consultation.  This consultation will help you and the coach determine if personal training is right for you and if Pure Health has the right coach. A meaningful consultation will reveal the real reasons for your desire to start exercise, address any barriers (finances, time, support, ect), and determine if the time is right for you to hire a personal trainer.
