Coconut Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup coconut butter (I like Artisana brand)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (I like Thai Kitchen)
  • 1 cup honey (I like Ames raw honey)
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 5 tsp arrowroot powder
  • Pinch Stevia

Directions:

Blend with hand blender.  Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes till it has a thickened frosting consistency and spread on cake.  Add berries on top.  Keep cake refrigerated till ready to serve.
