Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice noodles (rotini or spiral)
- 1 cup diced sweet peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 small can of water chestnuts diced
- 1 small can of bamboo shoots diced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup Sesame Ginger Asian Dressing
Directions:
Cook brown rice pasta exactly as directions say. Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl, mix by hand, and chill. Serve chilled.
