Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown basmati rice
- 6oz chicken
- ¼ cup Bragg’s Amino Acids
- ½ tsp dried garlic
- 1 tbls Ginger
- 1 ½ tbls raw tahini
- Romaine leaves
- Peppers
- Celery
- Water chestnuts
Directions:
Cook brown basmati rice. Cook chicken on stove top just till it is done (so it’s more tender). Dice chicken in small pieces, put in pan, and add Bragg’s Amino Acids, dried garlic, ginger, and raw tahini to the pan with the diced chicken. Cook on low heat and continue to mix ingredients until sauce thickens to desired consistency. Chop romaine leaves into 5″x5″ squares for wrap. Dice peppers, celery, and water chestnuts for toppings. Add rice, chicken, and veggies to lettuce and enjoy!
